PROSPECTUS

The Angel Foundation was established by MORINAGA & Co., Ltd., whose vivid corporate vision is being expressed in the motto of the Company, "We Offer Good Health with Delight and Taste". The Foundation's activity started in April the 1st, 1991, with its fundamental property 400 million yen. The Angel Foundation's activities are to be based on the following 5 articles.

(1) We shall perform research activities on the prosperous lifestyles in "the age of leisure".
(2) We shall study on the ideal forms of human family.
(3) We shall diffuse the enlightening fruits of the studies mentioned in the article 2.
(4) We shall hold or support the meetings and events as related to the studies or researches mentioned in the articles 1and 2 above.
(5) We shall make other related activities to accomplish the purposes of all the articles described above.
